I will have 2 furnished bedrooms available in a townhouse located in N.E Raleigh near Triangle Town Center Mall and Wake Tech North campus, near 540. They will be available for move in on September 1st, 2015. I am looking for professional, working individuals. FEMALES PREFERRED.
*Bedrooms include a full-size bed.

- Townhouse is 3bed/2.5 bath with a small, fenced, backyard area.
- Bedrooms for rent approx. 10ft. X 10ft. with decent sized closets. Full-size beds included. There is a full bathroom in the hallway that will be shared between both roommates.
- Amenities include: Washer/Dryer, Full Kitchen
- Ample street parking
Type of roommates I'm looking for:
- Neat & clean, know how to clean up after yourself; help take out the trash when needed, someone who knows how to be a respectable roommate, etc.
- Mature, honest, & responsible adult
- NO house parties or drugs allowed
- Prefer non smoker but if smoking is a must, then ALL smoking must be done outdoors.
- Must have a decent job in order to easily pay rent with NO problems
- Sorry, no pets allowed.
Living Situation
- I will be living in the third bedroom.
- Both roommates will share a bathroom.
- Each room will have its own lock.
About Me:
- I am a 24 year old female, with a baby on the way in October. I have two part-time jobs so I am fairly busy.
- I am respectful, neat, and friendly, and do NOT want to clean up after anyone.
- I am pretty laid back so as long as you can pay rent, help keep the house, kitchen, and bathrooms clean/neat then we're all good to go! :)
Rent Payment Details:
- A $40 Background/Credit Check Fee will be charged. No application Fee
- Rent: $500 each room p/month includes Cable/Internet. The rest of the utilities(Elec/Gas, Water/Trash) will be split between the lease holders and myself.
- Security Deposit: $150 refundable security deposit + first month's rent is needed BEFORE moving in. As long as nothing needs to be fixed when you move, you will be refunded the $150 security deposit.
-Utility Deposit: $100 refundable utility deposit is needed before moving in. There will be utilities due after the term is over for usage during the lease term. The deposit will be refunded if your last portion of utilities are paid. If not, the last portion of utilities will be deducted from that amount and the rest will be refunded to you.
- Lease Contract Terms: You will have to sign an official rental lease prior to move-in. A roommate agreement will be made between all leaseholders and myself and signed within a week of move-in. Would prefer 6 months minimum lease to start out and then can move to a month-to-month lease.
